Breakdown
by Building
The bond would fund improvements to every district building.
Why build a new middle school?
-
Renovation of Lakeshore Middle School would cost 70% as much as building a new building

-
Reduce operational costs of maintaining 70-year-old facility

-
Logistically unable to build new school on current Lakeshore site while school is in operation
